Faith Connection Tours...All Aboard!
If you haven’t been to a Faith Connection Tour yet, climb aboard! We are traveling in a whole new direction and whether you know all about Faith Christian School or you know nothing at all, we want you to come along with us.
It has been said that Faith Christian School is the best kept secret in the Yuba-Sutter area. Our school has served this region for over 35 years and our community still doesn’t fully understand who we are and what we do. To change that, we have begun to conduct two, one-hour campus tours each month. The tours consist of basic information about our history and our mission, a brief tour of the campus, and a few personal stories about how FCS has impacted students, their families, and the world.
Our goal is to dispel the myths about Christian education and increase the scope of understanding about Faith Christian School. In doing so, we also hope to build relationships that will enable us to be more effective in our outreach and service to the community.
The tours have been attended by Faith Christian school board members, parents, grandparents, prospective parents, local business leaders, and local civic leaders. The feedback has been very encouraging and we are already beginning to make connections within the community.
Tours are available to all school families and anyone in the community who is interested in knowing more about Faith Christian School. They are scheduled at various days and times of the week, and on both campuses. Tour dates are listed on the FCS website at www.fcs-k12.org .
