Location: FCHS Gym - All high school athletes must have an annual sports physical and completed CIF sports forms. Accomplish both at one time on August 1st! Thank you to the Serranos for providing this to our students at no cost! An athlete may not participate in practices or game until both requirements have been met. If you are not able to attend, please pick up CIF sports forms in the secondary office.
