High School Student Sports Physicals

Sports physicals will be provided free of charge to FCHS student athletes in grades 9-12 for all sports. Sports packets are available now in the secondary office if you would like to complete the paperwork in advance to bring with you to the physicals. Packet completion is mandatory before you can be seen by a physician. Thank you to the Serranos for making this available!
