Tell us a little about your family:  I was born in Marysville, California and have lived mostly in the Yuba-Sutter area.  I have been married to my wife, Carla, since 1991. I have eight children: Aaron, Alan, Kathryne, Joshua, Joseph, Frances, Jacob and Rose and five grandchildren

What is your favorite meal?  Mexican: enchiladas, refried beans and Spanish rice

What other interesting jobs have you had?  Kirby Vacuum Salesman, Car Wash attendant, Asst. Manager, and Business Owner

If you could go on vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?  England, Scotland, Ireland

What do you like to do in your spare time?  Computer gaming, web mastering, reloading, remodeling my home

How do you serve in other areas of ministry outside of FCS?  I attend Hope Point Nazarene - Live Oak campus where I serve as Webmaster, audio-video and  lighting technician, and locksmith.  I also assist my wife with the Bread of Life Food Pantry ministry and offer website and technical support for other ministries.

What is your favorite Bible verse?  Psalm 119:11 "I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you."

The best part about following Jesus is...knowing to whom I belong and that I will spend eternity with Him.

What do you love most about your area of service at Faith Christian?  Giving people the tools to do their jobs - providing the necessary support.  I have always enjoyed being behind the scenes.

What is your favorite memory of FCS?  A moment I remember well is when I observed (from a distance) students gathering around and praying for a classmate after he received horrible news about his family.  It was students following the lead of the Holy Spirit on their own, no teacher direction needed.

What does Faith Christian mean to you?  FCS has been a place to call home since 1990.  It is a place to use my talents that God has given me.  It is where my children have attended and been nurtured.  It is a family - lifting each other up when we are hurting, not only in prayer, but in word and deed as well.
